Lakeshore State Park Cleanup

Think Green, Keep It Clean!

It's a fact of life... Litter happens. And things can really pile up during the winter months. But that is where our Sunbeam Kids families can help! We will be heading down to Lakeshore State Park on Saturday, June 4th from 9-10:30am to clean up trash and debris found around the park.

We will be greeted by staff members from the park who will review some safety information then groups will head out around various areas of the park to pick up unwanted materials. Members are encouraged to bring their own garden gloves, buckets, and pickers, if they have them. Some supplies will be available to borrow upon arrival.  We also suggest packing water & sunscreen!

Lakeshore State Park is located along Lake Michigan, near the Summerfest Grounds.
